Securities brokerage and primary dealing

Licensed by the Capital Market Authority as a broker-dealer, Tunisie Valeurs deals in shares and bonds on behalf of its clients. The securities brokerage part of the business is handled by a team of advisors and electronically:
- An electronic trading platform Tval Trade.
- An application for tablets and smartphones Tval Mobile.
Our solutions are developed in the strict respect of the highest security standards.

Asset management

Tunisie Valeurs offers advisory services for its individual and institutional clients and help them make the right investment decision which best fits their profiles.

A sales network dedicated to our customers and our subsidiary, Tunisie Valeurs Asset Management, which has over 30 years of expertise in asset management. Thanks to Tunisie Valeurs Asset Management, our customers benefit from mixed and bond funds and dedicated funds that meet different risk profiles. Tunisie Valeurs Asset Management also offers its individual and institutional clients the possibility to open discretionary accounts. This is a concerted and personalized management formula according to the client’s risk-aversion profile, and the client’s expectations in terms of time horizon. Our teams work in synergy to build strategies adapted to each individual situation. Our added value: a wide range of assets (stocks, bonds, tax-free investments).

Corporate finance and advisory services

Tunisie Valeurs deals with SMEs and private groups to provide its advisory services on valuation, financial restructuring, debt mobilization, financial arrangements, IPOs, capital increase and bond issuance. Tunisie Valeurs has also been approved since 2007 as a 'Listing Sponsor' to assist companies to be listed on the alternative market.
The Corporate Finance Department also provides expertise in equity transactions:

Treasury bonds specialist

Tunisie Valeurs is licenced by the government as a primary dealer. It offers investments in Treasury Bonds and regularly participates in auctions on behalf of its clients.
